Default Need to vent

Hi everyone as you all know i own 2 golden retrievers and my chihuahua Rascal. Well my sister owns a chihuahua too the brother to Rascal, I'm getting really sick of her and her dog. She doesn't do anything with her dog just left it to its own devices, I'm left to clean up after it,feed it,buy the food to feed it. This chihuahua has no manners none of my dogs like it, actually both my goldens have attacked him. This chihuahua just humps everything in sight, I just bathed Rascal yesterday and Casper my sisters dog humped him and left yucky i will call it on his back leg. This dog will not listen to anyone but my sister. It barks all the time which then causes Rascal to bark, which i'm trying to train Rascal not to bark. His pretty good when i tell him to stop he stops but Casper keeps going. My sister has never spent anytime with her dog, she didn't even train it this dog doesn't know any commands at all. My Rascal knows sit and stay and working on the drop, Rascal has pretty good recall. I'm just sick of her dog trying to boss around my dogs, My goldens are getting annoyed too. Won't be long before my goldens either kill or injure her dog. Shes planing on moving out my sister but she won't take her dog, basicly dumping him on us, reason being her boyfriends cattle dog cross jack russel bites her dogs back legs, which casper brings it onto himself as he barks at her boyfriends dog all the time.My sister just stands there and laughs when it happens. When i first got Shelley my female golden Casper kept barking and chasing her etc and my sister just laughed about it. But a month or so ago casper tryed to steal Shelleys bone, Shelley gave casper 3 good warnings eg run up to him, then showed the bristles, then growled. Casper didn't listen to the warnings and still tryed to steal her bone so she grabbed him and threw him up against the brick wall not hard enough to scare him. My sister didn't think that was funny and complained, I then said well if you trained your dog and spent more time with him that wouldn't have happened. Shelley allows Einstein my male golden and Rascal my chihuahua near her bones but really dislikes Casper.
