Spouse is a cyclist and we keep HEED, Perpetuem, etc. in the house, but we make sure the dogs don't touch any of it because it does contain xylitol. Watch those little packs of energy/electrolyte gel, too - they can be a very attractive, sweet chew for a dog if they fall out of a jersey pocket onto the dog shelf unnoticed.
