I'm looking for a chi, I'm thinking about adopting, or buying one off here. Is there any breeders (trusted) Near louisville KY (USA) who are selling puppys/dogs for under $200? Must not be puppy mill (People at Puppy mills). Also...if I cannot find one there, are any of you selling Chi's under $200 who are under the age of one?
