Hi,

I haven't posted on here in a while and I hope I'm posting this in the right place.

I've been searching for a female chihuahua puppy for the last year or two now and I had found 2 fantastic guys who were expecting puppies last year and early this year but unfortunately there was only one puppy available. They are expecting one more litter but I don't want to keep pestering them so I have been looking for othe breeders in the UK without much luck.

I have my heart set on a little red/tan girl but could be swayed if she was any shade of brown or even blue or maybe tri (black, tan and white). I've noticed a difference between the US and other bloodlines and I love the slightness and longer legs of the american chihuahuas.

Can anyone recommend any breeders or point me in the right direction?

I'm not looking to show her or breed her, she will be a very much loved pet.

I have been looking on a few of the websites listing puppies but I just don't get a good vibe from them.

Do you know of any breed shows?

I have been looking after my my mum's chi x for a while and she's so funny but she's making me very broody

Hi Zoe If only you had posted this a week ago,my friend had two bitches but now they both have a home.

There is a lady in chichester, she is on the Kennel Club's website breeder list, Mrs Keet. I've not had a pup from her but she has been very helpful to me with advice. The last i spoke to her was 3 weeks ago and she had 2 bitches left but whether she still has i don't know. Give her a call.

Just be careful when looking on these websites, its very hard to jump for the first pup u see like i did lol but i never actually had her in the end, i have my lil boy Ollie.

Ashame I missed out on your friend's puppies but this time last week my boyf (now fiance) took me to New York for my 30th so I can't regret too much, lol. What will be will be I guess

Get in touch with some of the breed clubs and ask if they can reccommend breeders in your area.

It's been a long time since I last posted but I finally have my baby! She's a little blue Chi cross and I'm so in love with her. Her father is a blue Chi and her mother is a tri-coloured Jack-chi or Jackahuahua, whichever name you use. We found each other the end of March this year and it's taken me all this time to post!

How much are you willing to pay? If you don't mind a standard Chi without the longer legs but a lovely Red / Fawn colour I know a good Breeder.
