i bought it for minnie but she only wore it once cause she has alot. got it at a little boutique pet shop that was going out of business so didnt pay alot. its XS but it fits Minnie now , she's 5 pounds, so not sure, it may be too big now for Darcy. let me know if you want it

How much were you thinking you'd pay and are you set on Puppia?
I ask because we use a nice mesh harness that is LIKE the Puppias but it's from Petco and we LOVE it. I'm pretty sure they're less expensive too but they don't appear to be less quality. This one goes over the head though so the rest of adjustable to accommodate that. Billa and Roxy both have an XS and Billa's fits her perfectly but I'm not sure how long she'll last with it going over her head. I will end up having to get a bigger size for her noggin

For reference here's a pic of Billa wearing hers, I've posted this one before. I can't tell you how much she weighs now but when she came home a week 1/2 ago she was 1 pound 12 ounces.

I actually did have a tried on only once puppia harness that I just gave to my friend for her new puppy. I liked the little dress/harnesses better for maya.
