My Petco has the Lil Pals harnesses on clearance for $1.50. They are adjustable from 7-10" and step-in. The only color my store had was black. We got one for Roxy.

I find it sad i've been going back and forth between petco and petsmart so long I can tell you on just about all of my "regular items" which is cheaper where, hah.

Have to, some of the things are absolutely outlandish at the specialty pet stores so I love finding a deal! They only had a couple of these harnesses left when I went yesterday and they were in rather hideous colors so I passed but thanks for sharing
