I am looking for a cheap pet stroller (uk) for my daughters elderley Cavalier King Charles.

You could try eBay. It's where I got mine from when I had an old dog that couldn't walk. it was a few years ago and it was brand new but wasn't very expensive. Also you could try putting a wanted advert on a site like Preloved.
