For lack of a better description this is a dog carrier.
It was purchased at a pet expo a while ago and it does not fit my dog it's too big.
It's a nice blue velour material and the straps are all black.
Sorry the pic makes it look washed out.

The dimensions are as follows.

13 inches around the chest/stomach.
13 inches long from one end to the other end.
