size S should fit a 6 pound girl. the size chart says size S is from 4.5 pounds to 7 pounds but i think 7 pounds is too big for size S. Minnie is slightly over 5 pounds and i'm sure a girl that was another 3/4 pounds would fit fine.

i dont have the red, Christmasy ones in size S , but i do have a couple styles in S. i know i have the darla dress, which is the one with the little rosebuds on the skirtpart and pearl buttons. i'm pretty sure i have one Ellie hoodie left. and i have one or two others in S . all the rest are XS ... a good variety in XS
