hi,
i'm pretty sure the girth is around 16 inches and the length is around 13 inches but i will double check it later on.
shipping to England would be 4.00 dollars

Thanks for checking, think it may be a little big for Honey though... She has a 9" neck, 13" chest and about 14/15" back?x
