Default Totes for Chi's? Does you take your Chi everywhere with you?

I'm wondering if anyone else takes their Chi baby everywhere with them like I do, and if so, what do you carry him/her in?

Originally I only took my Chi out with me because she was so young (4 weeks) and unable to be left alone. Now that she's old enough to be left in her pen while I'm out, I will keep her home only if I'm going out all day or for long errands, so I still do tend to take her most places with me. I found a little tote in my closet that's just her size which is what I've been using , but she's outgrowing it quickly. I'm wondering if there's a place that sells bags for exactly this purpose. Also curious as to what you all use, if anything?

I have a friend who puts hers in a soft cooler with shoulder strap. I have several pet carries but those are so closed off and impersonal. Plus, it's much less obvious I have a little four legged friend in tow when I use her tote rather than a bulky pet carrier.

Here's a pic of LuLu in her tote

I use a ferret carrier that looks like a purse. It is soft sided and my chi loves it!

Aww that's such a cute picture!

I use tote bags sometimes too, but these days I tend to use a sling or a backpack carrier (for long hikes and travels). Although to be honest they walk most of the time so we don't really carry them that much. hehe

And yes we take them with us everywhere we can too. When Lilo was a puppy we literally took here everywhere in a tote bag, but then when we got Rocky it became more difficult with two. lol

I bought these from amazon. Really like them. Easy for them to look out or lay down and hide

They are so precious! What are those bags called on Amazon? I'll for sure check them out.

I bought a sling from amazon. It looks like a baby sling, or a simple purse, and has a thing to clip into my dogs harness, so if she fell or jumped out, she wouldn't hurt herself. I also like the design because it wraps around my body and ifeel like it's safe rising in vehicles. In the car, I adjust the sling so she's under my arm, toward the center of the car, away from the sides and airbag. I put my seat belt over the sling, so it straps the sling to my body. That way, if I wreck, she's attached to my body and in a soft cloth "bag" of sorts to stop her, with her harness clipped on and wrapped around her ribcage, instead of her getting slung into a hard crate, jerked backwards by a harness alone, or a free flying projectile.
