so i got my reputable breeder picked. she doesnt ship which is great all puppies cant go home till 8 weeks of age and 1 pound of weight. she's willin to meet me halfway as she lives about 4 hours away or so. love it! just today i asked for 1st pick of the litter when the ones in end of june or so are born as im planning on bringin the puppy home around end of aug/beginning of september. this will be me & dexter's birthday gift!...we're both august babies lol i am so happy~! right now im goin crazy lookin around online for "essentials" LOL. i already have millions of toys from Dexter's pile, treats i already know what i'm going to try feedin her...little itty bitty soft things first! hehe! also for food im hopin to god she will stick with the chicken soup for dogs as the breeder feeds all her pups and moms and dads not like my picky Dexter who only eats homemade meals =.=

waitin for June to come! she takes pics of all the puppies 10 mins after they're born....aw those tiny chis!

I found out with all my googling and searching that Costco's brand of puppy food is just Chicken Soup for the Puppy Lover's soul. Same company, same everything. $13.39 for 20 lbs beats $15.99 for 6 lbs. My little one loves it! I'm still mixing it half and half with the Science Diet she came with but she eats the Costco stuff first.
