So since Bijoux is afraid of outside she does not get much exercise when we go. Which means even after a walk she has soo much energy.
So much so that we have -inadvertently- began lunging her. It's weird to say but basically when the normal games won't do it we sit in the middle of the floor and grab a bully stick. The second she see's it she starts running in circles and we realized if we keep the stick near her back end she will keep going until she's decided enough is enough and walks away or just takes the bully stick and starts eating it.
what do you guys do to stimulate and drain your furbabies?
At night, if Bandit is not quite ready to settle into sleep, I will play with him by moving my hands underneath the covers. He pounces and digs at it. I swear my cats are teaching him these things.
Chanel gets a few hours worth of on leash walking & running.
She loves running side by side with her daddy, loves chasing
birds at the park, loves playing in the snow and running around
obstacle courses.
At home I like to play hide-and-seek with her, I hide treats
and she finds them on command. We also play a lot of fetch
and tug. Work on basic commands. Wrestle. lol, lots of silly
and educational stuff.
