Default Thunder Shirt

Has anyone tried the Thundershirt for anxiety? I have heard so much about them and was wondering if any of you have tried it? Ben is so anxious all the time. The doorbell rings he is under the bed. The micro goes off, under the bed. On our walk today a little pomeranian started barking at him as we walked by and he ran circles around me.

See the thread Thundershirt Results and other Nonsense. My guess is that Thundershirts are not nonsense based on what I read.

It must work since they can afford all the commercial time! I honestly have not heard anybody use it but it's sold everywhere it seems. Maybe you can ask your vet or a dog behaviorist if it's something that would work best for your baby. It's also worth a shot!

I used one for 'Buster' (Manchester Terrier)... it worked for him... he was scared of EVERYTHING... I would put the shirt on him and he stopped shaking and would even go lay down....

I even had a thread when I started with the shirt (CLICK HERE)

I have no idea. My Chi does the opposite though when the bell rings she barks well any bell for that matter even ones she hears on TV. But she is afraid of storms.

I have used it with Emmie and it helps tremendously. She is able to sleep and not worry about 'ghosts chasing her' and other forms of behavior. I love it. Of course Em is epileptic, but has alot of her problems are solved with the thundershirt. I'd try it and see. Good luck Sue
