We've had Poppy for two nights now and all of a sudden Ozzy is going toilet everywhere im wondering if this is related, like for attention?

I said hello to them both this morning and Ozzy actully peed on me! Hes even peed on our bed!! This has never happend before and i dont know what to do

He's probably a little jealous and thinks he will get less attention. I'm sure it's just a phase and he will adjust to the new puppy with time. In the mean time I would suggest giving him some extra love and cuddles.

This happened to me (Somewhere in here from about a year ago is my panicked thread) when I got my third.

My other two were beautifully pad trained, no issues.

We brought Eden in as a trial before we bought her since the other two were so closely bonded. Neither we nor the breeder wanted her to be an outcast nor picked on.

Not only did she potty everywhere (we knew that would happen), but the other two joined in like they had never been trained and it was a pee and poop fest all over the house. Hubby was really questioning keeping Eden since adding her appeared to cause mass chaos.

It was just a day later that the others were back on the pad and Eden learned within a few weeks.

I feel for ya, it could totally be jealousy. Our pit went through same thing, at age 16 no less, because of the new pups. We thought it might be age related issues or something, and had bloodwork n the whole nine yard done to check...but nope, everything works just fine. Straight up jealous dog syndrome. (She would walk right up to me and pop a squat!) Just be patient with them and give the offenders some remedial training. If they want to act like babies, treat them as such. A few days of limited priviledges and extra walks did the trick for her.
