If they don't answer the phone, I'd just go knock on their door.

Can you go super early, before work? Or ask your boss to let you off two
hours early one day so you could go to a "doctor's appointment"? wink wink

I learned the hard way that if you need something done you have to take
things into your own hands. My washing machine broke, but was under
warranty, you would think a simple phone call to the company would solve
things? Well I spent two and a half weeks, about two hours per day either
trying to reach them, or trying to get them to send me a technician or parts,
or exchange my machine...only Monday my nagging efforts paid off, on the
day my warranty runs out! Imagine that!

It's not their priority you know...it's yours.

Well I'd make a real pest of myself. Call every 1 hour for a day. This is negect. You should call them on it, if you ever get through. I'd be thinking of changing vets. I'd tell them why too!

I would give them an ultimatum--If they're not going to give you the results, they need to refund your money so you could go elsewhere! No more Mr. Nice Guy!!!

Sue, I have been saying the same thing. I would cal and call. NOTHING would come before getting answers. I, personally, could not rest if my dog was so ill and I was not getting them on medication!
