Holly pees outside during the day so usually every 2 days just from an occasional overnight pee. If she poo's I pick it up and flush. No poop eaters here thankfully. I got lucky and got in on a survey study on puppy pads so I got 2 packs with 100 each 2 different kinds to try out and say which one she would use more. I do not know the brands they were though one had a pink border and the other was a yellow border. She used the pink one more but I have never seen any or bought any with a pink border so I have no clue what brand they were. When I did buy before I bought Arm and Hammer brand they have a good smell to them to keep pee smell down.

I change them every night, unless they arent too dirty. She doesn't wee in big puddles. Sometimes it isn't terribly dirty and they rarely smell, unless she misses and pees off of it. She will let you know right away when she gone poo (happy dance) so we just pick it up right away.

I get 16 diapers for 5 euros (about 6 dollars) and the pack would last almost 3 weeks, depending. Yesterday I bought some adult (human) bed pads, cheaper than the puppy pads, and they are sented, so the whole room smells like flowers now. The adult pads are 3.60 euro about 4.5 dollars for 15 of them.

She took to them right away. They are a tad flimsier than the pup diaper but absorb just as great. I will still change them every night.

We have 3 using them (Minnie will not) any way so,a dachshund and 2 chihuahuas use ours.Now when a dachshunds pee pees on it,its the size of a plate,lol so we have to change it every time she uses it.I say we change ours about 3 or 4 times a day.

I have a large wire kennel set up in our screen porch with 2 pads in it, the poo get picked up right away, I change them out every other day, unless they have a big Pee Pee day, it works for winter, and nights, I don't want them out at night, to dark and to many predators.

It really depends for my household. When we were using actual potty pads, we changed them twice a day, with the one in the laundry room getting changed once. Now that we have discovered bed liner pads we change the main one once a day, and the back one every other day. There is a toilet paper roller installed above each one and everyone knows if you see poo you pick it up. Boo makes it easy on us as she is very offended by that bodily function and will cry when she sees some. I have mine in lockable trays with remnant linoleum underneath them that is bigger than the tray.
