I sent Ziwipeak an e-mail a while back asking them what was the difference in their antlers and other companies because Jaxx absolutely go nuts for their antlers and one antler usually lasts him a week or two if I let him have it much. By the way if anyone else is curious ZP says, their antlers are different because they are naturally harvested washed with cold water and then naturally dried in the sun. They seem to think that it makes a big difference to naturally dry them in the sun and it does seem like their antlers are not as hard as others we have purchased

Today I got a package from ZP and I had no clue what was in it. I had asked for a sample a while back but I already had gotten it and was very pleased with it.

The only thing I can figure is because I inquired about their antlers and told them how much Jaxx loved them they sent me out a courtesy package. I have checked with everyone I could think of to see if someone sent it but there is no receipt just a card from a representative that I talked to at ZP

I was astonished when I opened the package and found 4 antlers and a deer shank. Christmas came early for Jaxx.

That's awesome, I'm trying to get some deer hunters I know to give up their antlers, but I guess that's a no no! They will never give up their trophies! Oh well. Lol.

Deer shed their antlers and you can find them sometimes in the woods. I have a friend that is how she gets them for their dogs and then they wash them and cut them up and I think she sands them down a little bit.

Those are all considered small and one of them is an antler cut in two (perhaps there was a medium antler in there too I forget) but I would definitely buy a larger antler for a pug. I usually buy Jaxx medium Ziwipeak antlers because they last him a little longer than the small. A small one lasts him a week and a half probably the medium probably lasts him almost a month

Yes they do! I am very impressed. I will be glad when Jaxx's Orijen is gone so I can switch him over to ZP fully. I love supporting a company that has great customer service.

I was honestly shocked. I wasn't expecting anything from them except information. They went above and beyond. I think ZP has the best antlers. Jaxx has a couple antlers by other companies but he loves the ZP antlers.

That's awesome!! What a lucky boy. I think I might have to order one to try. Odie has a halfed antler piece but it's honestly lasted probably a year. Not her fave.
