What dosage do you give for oils?

I'm currently giving fish oil, salmon oil, krill oil, and coconut oil in rotation. I have the capsules that I puncture and squirt into a bowl.

My chihuahua is only 8 months old, and I give her 1/4 a teaspoon fish oil every day. As for her coconut oil I get a small amount on my finger and she licks it off, and than I rub a small amount on her coat and skin every day. She's a single coat blue, and prone to bald spots and flaky skin, and this regimen has all but eliminated those problems. I might not give her so much if she didn't have those problems, but the results speak for themselves and her coat actually glistens! I haven't tried salmon or krill oil, I give her sardine oil and it seems to be fine.

sfgirl, Miya too has itchy skin that flakes. Recently I bought a humidifier ($40-$50) and it is working wonders! Just wanted to share.

Missy is 7.6 pounds ,I buy the pump bottle of salmon oil from pet smart.She gets 1 pump a day.Shes 3 years old.

Thanks for the tip! I think I will buy one. Do you use a cool air or warm air, or maybe it doesn't matter? I wish I hadn't thrown my old one out!
