I gave the two long coat pups a Thanksgiving bath today. They both seemed to really be shivering afterward so I tried the blow dryer on them (upon the advice of someone here). Oh goodness they loved it. Not only did they soak in the warmth but they are SOOOOOO fluffy. Prince has no neck, he is all fluff (gave him bad hair I guess). Hopefully they will flatten down a bit but I was amazed at what blow drying them did to their fluffiness. It was definately effective in the winter when it is kind of cold here and they don't dry fast!

Haha, you are so funny. I'm glad your pups liked it. I do that in winter too, just
make sure it's on a low setting and I hold the dryer far away, so I don't burn
their delicate skin. My girls really like it, but the boys could live without, lol.

Aww you have to take pics!! I love post-bath fluffies. Blow dryers can turn long coat chihuahuas into pomeranians!! =D

What an idea. The pack would have loved this when I gave them all a bath the other day, I'm not sure they would have liked the noise though (anything that sounds like the pedipaws scares the crap out of them).
