So, Lacey's notoriously known for refusing everything except Acana and freeze-dried meat. I was super determined to find something healthy for her to chew on, as her dental health is pretty lacking thanks to being fed not-so-wonderful food for the first 2 years of her life.
I've tried giving her everything from lamb curls and cow tracheas to bully sticks (braided and unbraided). Everything was refused after being chewed on for a couple minutes. FINALLY, I have found something she will munch on right down to the last nub. The best part is, they are super cheap (only $1.50 each where I get them!).
They are Canine Cavier's California Rolls. Made from 100% free-range grass- fed buffalo tails, they are hormone and antibiotic free! Lacey goes CRAZY over them. Unlike with her other chews, she even defends them from her psycho kitten sister.
If anyone would like to see if they are available in their area to try, here is the company's website.
