Default Prosecute!!!

This happened in my home town, and I can not for the life of me believe this monster isn't going to be prosecuted!! Destruction of property charges!! (if even--they aren't sure this $%&* is actually going to be charged at all!!)...are you kidding me!? How does a small dog IN A KENNEL pose a threat to a full grown man?! If I had my way, this bastard would be behind bars, where I've heard those who abuse animals aren't treated too kindly by their fellow inmates!

outrageous!!! I can't believe it, b?lls&!t!!!!! If it would have been self defense you at least call somebody to help the poor dog instead of doing nothing and letting him die.
How can anyone believe that story, it's so frustrating not being able to do something about it.

That's so terrible. Poor thing! Our legal system lets animals down as well. The fact that he didn't notify anyone afterwards is disgusting. I can understand if it was truly self defense, but why would the animal be beaten in that case? I would wager that in most cases, if a small dog was hit with a STAKE that it would stop attacking, if that's actually what it was doing. This guy shouldn't be allowed in people's homes.

I don't know of any dog that can open a locked kennel door from the inside.

So how is a kennled dog a threat?

And if this stranger in the dogs territory opened the door then the pup did what he should have and defended his space.

Hardly reason to strike an animal

My Lulu (lab and heeler mix) can open anything..even when the door is wired shut. No clue how. But this is still unessecary and wrong and cruel. Most dogs can't open crates.

You've got to be kidding me??? A 22 lb dog could attack a grown man requiring beating the dog with a stake??? Who would believe that nonsense??? The things people get away with!!! Ugh!!!!
