Oh I'm so sorry that the surgery couldn't be done. I wonder if they would let you hold her while they put her 'under'? Maybe she'd be calmer? What will they do about her eye? (If this is the pup with glucoma)

Izzys reaction was after her presedation...it was when they went to give her the deeper sedation that her heart rate plummeted...The DVM just called me again and said she is doing fine in the recovery room...I will meet with them later this afternoon to discuss Izzys options...she doesn't have glucoma thankfully...they were removing her eye because it is hurting her...her IOP are below normal.

Sorry to hear that it has been such a difficult day for Izzy and you. I hope the options that are discussed are able to provide some relief for Izzy. Good Luck...I'll check back for an update later.
