Default couple leads

Those of you with more than one pup, do you walk them on separate leashes or do you use a couple lead?

I was looking at the couple leads but it looks like they'd have to walk side by side, and that's no fun. Can anyone suggest anything?

I have a coupler for their leash but I don't use it bc they all walk at a different pace. I've invested in some plain Susan lanci leashes bc they are so soft and weigh like nothing that way if I'm using 2 or 3, it's no biggie!!

Oooh I love the Susan Lanci leashes. So luxurious.

what is a more fun way to walk on a coupler??
I use one at the moment and Hannah tends to walk as far back as she possible can with Heidi ahead of her and behind my feet.
I think they do walk side by side if they are always pulling in front but if they walk on a looser lead then they tend to find their own prefered place.
