Around 4pm this afternoon Charlie was standing by the door wanting to go outside. So I didn't think to much of it he goes out several times a day does his business and comes right back in because its a little cold out so he doesn't stay out for more than a couple minutes. Any way I open the door and Charlie goes out and I close the door. all of a sudden I hear this loud yelp so I quickly open the door just in time to see the neighbors cat jumping off my porch and Charlie making chase and crying at the same time he was mad but hurt too. He got a good swat on the nose and a good claw or bite in his side and all because he was trying to do was protect his home from intruders. Hes a little bit sore right now where the cat got his side and he cry's if I touch his nose or pet him. i think his pride is more hurt than he is but he's milking the scratches he got for every bit of attention he can get LOL
Poor Charlie!! Crackers try's to protect his home from our neighborhood cats by trying to hump them. I dunno, but I just let him do his thing and he doesn't bother anything else like that. The cats must like it because they keep coming back.
