Hi everyone!

I have the Jaraden SoHo bag, and it is great! There is plenty of space for Epic on the floor of the bag. However, Epic is a leggy chi-mix, and stands about 11" or so at the shoulder, so the bag's height can be a bit restrictive for her.

Now, she doesn't stand a lot in the bag, and she doesn't need to be able to host a party in it - I just want her to be able to stretch a little or have some room to dig around in her blankets to nest.

So, I was thinking, some of you ultra creative Chi people MUST have some suggestions for how I can go about modifying the bag to offer Epic that extra 2"-3" of height she needs just 5% of the time?

I was thinking something like a strip of canvas mesh velcroed in, and then I'd leave the top piece of the bag open as much as possible... That way, if I wanted to, I could just zip it shut (Epic is fine in the carrier's limited height just for a short while) if I needed to for some reason.

Any other suggestions?

Sounds like you already have a very creative and GOOD idea.

The only other option I see is to get another carrier! wink wink! lol
