Today me and my little troublemaker took donations to the shelter to help the poor babies there. We took food and blankets and some toys.. not as much as I would have liked but I am not working right now..so it was as much as I could.
I didn't even look at the dogs, I did peek at the cats and checked to be sure they didn't have mice. (I keep mice..and if they had them we would have brought them home. Sucker over here. I love mice.)
The poor things.. I wish I could help them all. But with as many as I already have there's no way.

We try to drop off things at our local shelter any time we can but we make a point of doing so especially at Christmas because Jaxx was our little Christmas present last year. It makes us extra thankful for him being a part of the family.
How wonderfully kind of you. Especially at a time when I am sure things are tight for you. Our school does two big drives for the animal shelter every year. We just finished one. The whole vestibule area of our wing was full.
Bless you for donating! I know how hard it can be seeing all of those precious dogs in need of loving, furever homes , but at least you did something to make a positive difference for them.
