Muffin goes nuts for all kinds toys rattley, squeaky, crinkly anything thats a toy, she loves all types balls and her fav right now seems to be playing out in the snow chasing and retreving snow balls, anything we give her to play with she will play with it. Shes getting lots new toys from santa, we got her this little doggy called Chi Chi the Chihuahua thats battery operated that we will see what she does when we turn it on, thats for supervised play time only as we dont want her to trash it or get ahold of the batteries, wish i had a vid cam so i could record her with it on xmass morn when she gets this present.
We always like making up toys for her to play with gets rid of bordum when she gets tierd of playing with the same ol toys, we used a small plastic pop bottle made sure it was clean inside and out air dried and then we put few dry dog food chunks in it and cap on with hole in it just enough for a small chunk food to come out if its shaken hard enough, makes for a great toy and rattler, she never tries to chew the cap off she just carries it around and shakes it till a chunk of food comes out like a treat. Once shes done we pic the bottle up and put it away till next time. We also put a small squeaker cramed up inside the toe area of a old slipper and she has fun trying to get that out, also took a super heavey duty sock and put a cleaned out ol energy drink can in it, tied the sock and thats now a crinkle toy. Alot of dogs can chew and distroy these made up toys, Muffin just plays with um and we only give with supervison.
Anyone have or use the screaming Monkey or screaming chicken that shoots in the air??
