Thanks everyone! She hasn't left her bed since I brought her home except for a brief moment. I set her food and water next to it so she just has to reach her head out to eat or drink. She got up and moved a little earlier but it wasn't for long. I gave her pain medicine at about 7pm so hopefully that will help her. It's rather funny, when my large dog got neutered he cried and cried all day and night but Ava's being a litle trooper! I'm so proud of her. It feels weird seeing her sleeping so much, I'm used to her running around with so much energy! She'll be back to normal soon though thank goodness.

I'm so glad to hear this, Rach...I'm just catching up on this post. My baby, Olive goes in on Friday to be spayed. Ava, I'm glad everything went well for your little one!

Boys are big babies plus, big dogs are whimps compared to our little ones.

Be glad she is sleeping because in the next 24-48 hours when she feels a little better it will be hard to keep her down
