Im not sure if this is old news but after seeing that Newsweek article posted on here, I decided to look up that puppy with the heart on his coat for those who are also interested in him, here is an article about him. Too bad he was born in a pet store =( but maybe in Japan, pet store chis aren't from puppy mills ( like here in the US).

I saw this article when it first came out. We have a little homebred Chi that has a heart top shape on his head. He was born on Valentine's Day too
