Some one throw a dead chi in a carrier into a dumpster here in Iowa!!
It was on the news the other night and I couldn't believe that someone would do such a thing!!
The police are investagating and trying to find the person who did it.

If the poor dog was already dead and died from natural causes, it's not right but at least it wasn't dumped alive. Is a dumpster a bin?
