Stuff like this breaks my heart and makes me sick! We have an abuse/neglect case in our hospital right now (elderly cocker spaniel severely emaciated/matted & has maggots!) Not an easy thing to deal with.

I just cannot understand how someone could hurt one of these little pups. It hurts my heart. Those eyes are so haunting. I hope he finally finds a real loving home.
