Hello I am new to the breeders/breeding forum, please help..

I have an adorable male fawn and white chihuahua!! As he has an excellent pedigree line and is liked very much a reputable breeder wants to use him as stud.

I really need to know everything as I only want this to happen because the chihuahuas offspring will be of high quality.

Please give me lots of advice as it is GREATLY needed and I would be absolutely grateful

First look into the health and pedigree of the female,it needs to be up to date on shots & healthy with verification from a vet. a Brusilosis test should be required. A stud contract should be drawn up so there are no misunderstandings are you charging a fee or pick of litter? should the mating not take will you repeat 1 more time without another fee. Is it local or she sending her female to you? These are pretty much the basics.

Make sure he is true to the standard and that they are only breeding to better the breed

Thankyou very very much. It definetly nis to better the breed the lady has breed before with champions at crufts and things so it is definetly to better the breed i can promise that.
