Loki's Home Made Liver Cake - YUM!!
A lady from my puppy training makes her Black Lab 'Loki' home made treats. Jan always brings her home made cake/biscuit to share at training, and Bella goes crazy for it. She gave me the receipe so thought I would share it.
400 grams of OX or Lambs liver.
300 grams of gluten free flour (which is good because I have coeliac disease)
2 eggs
1 clove of organic garlic
Crush 1 clove of garlic and blend with the liver (or cut into tiny pieces - if you don't have a blender), add the eggs, then add the flour.
Spread on a baking tray and cook for approx 15 - 20 mins on gas 2/3 (not too hot).
Once cooled cut into bite size squares.
As it will make quite a lot for little chihuahua's, freeze it and just defrost as and when needed.
