Er, that is to say, 'HALP! Would someone be willing to make something for me?'

I am looking for a dog carrier that would be adequate to, well, smuggle Lyra into places that might not want her there, should they realize I had her at all. Right now I use what's basically a messenger bag (the size and cross-shoulder strap work really well) but she likes to keep her head out and watch everything, and since there are no windows or anything, I feel uncomfortable zipping her in all the way during situations where her head peeking out would give her away. So, what I'm looking for is a carrier that looks like any old cross-shoulder bag, but has some sneaky means of ventilation so Lyra can see and breathe comfortably without being noticed unless someone is reeeally looking.
