Hi everyone havint been on here in ages unfortunately..

anyways i was in a shop the other day and spotted a girl with a chi all wrapped up snug in her blanket ...I would love to be brave enough to bring clio into shops with me...

so im trying to find easier ways of bringing her so shes comfortable and so am i.
I have a couple of dog carry bags at home but they are crap WAY TOO BIG AND WAYYY TOOO AWKWARD....

So iv been tring to find patterns online free for dif types of bags ...Im thinking a bucket type bag might be best as its big enough to hold clio but i can add pockets for my phone and keys and stuff without making clio uncomfortable..

but I want to use a fur blanket for the inside so clio will be comfortable ...

I want it to look kinda like a handbag too tho so its not to obvious uno
ant ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks guys xxxxxxx

So that's what eyelets are for...interestin! Will this be a front bag?

The idea is that it looks something like this but maybe leather and bigger ..Retro Matte Tassels Bucket Shoulder Bag Women Cross Body Bag YBG 0131 | eBay the inside part would be fur and id add a few pockets at the front of the bag so its a big bag with space and comfort for clio but so it will just look like a handbag and maybe people here wouldnt notice it as much
People are weird here about bringing your dog with you ...They think its a fashion statement or something and it annoys me ...I love my babies and she loves coming with me everywhere ....

Oh ok those are either bigger eyeletes or grommets I personally tho,k grommets are easier to work with. That bag looks like a great idea making the bag looks fairly easy but I'm always worried about strap materials being too weak

sooo iv been thinking what if I (cause im fairly new to this sewing thing and im going in to collect a sewing machine from my nan in a few days...so what if i buy a big that looks the same but I take out the inside lining and put the fur in then add the bits and pieces myself...so the actual bag itself will be strong...

any other ideas would be great its just her other bags are to awkward...I havint seen one pet carrier In Ireland that looks decent iv even tried online and cant find anything i like .... haha maybe im just too picky lol

lol ! you are just full of ideas huh hehe! i think it'll depend on the bag u buy but if u do spend money on a bag why not just get one already made for dogs? LOL! ^^ i always find bags on ebay for cheap. i got a fundle bag for half the price last time

I have never heard of them but I just googled them and I think they are lovely ..thanks iv been on ebay for the past few weeks sarching but found nothing i liked...didnt find a fundle bag either but ill have another search seen as i now have a name to search lol
