I would definitely add the pumpkin, just a little bit cause it can cause loose stools. It helps to absorb the gas in the stomach & has fiber to firm up the stools. Don't give rice if you know it's not helping. Feed very small meals more frequently. Start the cerenia back up if you have it. Stay away from gassy, acidy foods.
