Post Doggy teeth

I have a small pup and his teeth condition is not good. There is a something yellowish on his both top canines. I want to see my Dog healthy and happy with good teeth. Have any one give me suggestion how I clean dog teeth? Thanks.

the top part of the teeth are the hardest to clean. i leave it to bullysticks and also the petzlife oral spray and also raw bones are supposed to help as well but the daily brushin should be used too :]

We brush Jaxx's teeth but he was really starting to get doggy breath. I started letting him have chewy things like deer antlers, deer hooves, and I can't remember the name of his other chewy but anyhow I started giving them to him anytime we are home instead of just as special treats during the day. I should say if we are home then we are in the same room as Jaxx so we are constantly able to watch him. I noticed giving them to him more has made him chew on them more often and his teeth are cleaner. We do take up his chewys at night when we go to bed but he gets them back first thing when we wake up.
If your dog is a chewer finding them a variety of chew products I think is really helpful. We used to give Jaxx just one at a time and he would get bored with it and not chew on it for days. He has about 5 different types of chewys and we usually give him 3 varieties a day.
