I was worried the kids would be bummed about having to postpone going to Grandma's for Christmas, but they were actually pretty excited at the thought of having TWO Christmases

! (We had our own little family Christmas just the 4 of us here...opening presents, a birthday cake for Jesus, etc.), and then we will also celebrate next week with my Mom and brother.
