I am having the same problem.. not enough chihuahua lovers in my area. i looked on the meetup website but there seems to be little response. does anyone know of a way to find other groups? (i love near rochester NY)

Perhaps you can go to the Dog Parks in your area and post signs to advertise a "Meetup" at the park. Show up regularly, see if people come?
