Would anyone like to come and meet Astrid and I sometime? We're in central Oxford, and within walking distance of some great parks...

It would be great to have a meet-up with some fellow chis and chi-obsessives for a picnic or barbecue in the nearby Port Meadow. There's also a canal walk, which is really nice that leads from my apartment up to the meadow.

I know a lot of people are from the North so that would make coming here pretty difficult, but London's only 50 minutes away on the train, so it might be do-able for London chihuahuas (Astrid loves that train journey!!)...

that BBQ bit sounds really good though - it would be great to have a huge national chi meet that everyone goes too with a big BBQ. lol
that would be great in summer!!

i think we're going to try to make the effort to go to a couple of london meets! dont know how peanut will like the train though!

That sounds great! Billy and me are moving to UK in the summer (Surrey) and he'll be missing all his Chihuahua meetings that me and my friends have every weekend. But if that BBQ is still on, we're definitely there!
