come on now! i know there's a couple of new yorkers/ jerzeeians in here. me and the bf has decided to get a meetup going as i have just realized what i should be doing with my life instead of eating burgers on the comp and playing games (haha)...being a pet photographer! a couple of people have said i can do it...and my bf says i have the "eye" for it. so i would really love it if we can meetup in Central Park (where better than the heart of manhatten?) and chat and get the pups to play around and take some shots. if you're not from here and would like to travel to new york your all welcome too. chis and non-chis as well whichever day is fine with us as long as it's a Sunday. please let us know!

my bf has 12 years of photoshop and editing/photography. he can take pics with pretty much any cam and make it look good

i have the pentax k20D with a 18-55 II lens (planning to get a better one soon)
bf has the panasonic gh1 which takes excellent vids with HD quality

i have seen some pictures throughout the net of what some people charge 100's of dollars$ worth...when they dont even know what they're doing at all...they are so blurry and out of focus! it makes me sad that they charge that much for something that can be much much better. will be posting some samples tomorrow of what a great shot should be. do you guys think i can do it? haha here's to hoping~

Oh pige, if only you were closer to me! I'd die for some good shots of the puppies while they are still tiny! We just have a junk digital camera my MIL gave us for xmas like 5 years ago. It's REALLY outdated...
