When he bites put your thumb on one canine tooth and your forefinger on the other and gently hold but firm enough that he can't get away and say no bite.he won't like it but hold his teeth until he really wants to get away. and do this every time he goes to bite you pretty soon all you'll have to say is I;m going to grab your teeth no bite and show him your fore finger and thumb getting ready to hold his teeth. They hate it and learn very quickly not to bite. It is important to teach them that biting is unacceptable behavior as early as possible you don't want him biting a little kid or something and maybe breaking the skin.
