Excellent shot, Ashley!! He almost blends right in. I adore fall, too; here all the leaves have already fallen but still no snow, so we're in that in-between stage. Autumn definitely makes for great photo opportunities!! =D

Toby lookst Just beautiful among the leaves and trees he looks so happy and full of life. I love the fall I was raised in the mountains in a Logging town in Brithish Columbia I have never been able to Leave BC for very long A year or two at the most. I just don't feel home when i Can't at least see the Mountains. The change of seasons is always Beautiful the fall when the leaves are dieing and changing colors and then winter when the snow comes and the Dear come closer to civilization to find food and you can see the wild animals as they live in nature. then in spring when everything comes to life again and the air is fragrant with cherry blossoms and new flowers. I don't understand how anybody would want to live anywhere else.

Like I said, this is my first time seeing the entire process of fall happening, and it is just lovely. In FL, they only have hot and hotter, so it's a whole new experience.

Thank you all for your sweet words. I think this is my all time favorite photo of Toby. I am going to crop out the house in the background (zoom in more in towards Toby- the security guard of my apt. community lives in that house, and its a pretty house, just not for the picture lol). Then I am going to buy a nice frame for it.

Yeah, Toby is so content and happy on walks. It's his favorite thing in the world. Right now, its a weeks before finals start so I've been spending a ton of time in the library, so the pet sitter has been coming. Yesterday, she texted me and said they took a walk and Toby smelled EVERY leaf. He loves the leaves so much. I think Fall is our favorite season we've been in North Carolina. Then again, summer was unbearably, and unusually, hot. And I won't be here for three weeks of winter.

Toby would love a mass playdate with all his Chi people friends! I think that somewhere in the Midwest would be perfect, smack dab in the middle of the US and not too far from Canada. And the other continent people... well, they can fly in. LOL.
