I want to find something warm for Willow because she hates the cold. We got half way down the street before she started whining to get picked up but I don't want to pay a lot since she won't be this small for long! I think I'll have to take a look on eBay. It's not even that cold here!

LS... Says it is size small. So yes 11" it hangs over her butt a tiny bit. Since she is 11 months I wanted room to grow
