The size chart I found online only tells me the length.
I need to know the neck & girth measurements of the size medium I think?
My boys girth is 21", neck is 14", can you tell me what size they would need?
(I can't see your chart picture too well, it's a bit blurry)

The chest is adjustable right? I'm guessing the girth measurement they give is the maximum?
