Chloe's so cute! It's an awesome coat! What's the brand?
Is it really a serious winter coat or a rain coat? It looks so thin, which is why I ask.

Here is a video of it. I have a fleece sweater I can put on with it if i feel it isnt enough but it is the only one that fit the closest. She is 10 inches long but has a small girth so everything that fit her on length was too big around her body.
