Christie, thank you so so much. Sorry to hear you are sick too.
I haven't eaten in 3 days, I just can't, I'm super cold and shivering,
yet am sweating SO much, changing t-shirts every 30 minutes. It
keeps getting worse it seems, I haven't left the bed, coughing, vomiting,
sore throat, tummy hurts, sides hurt, nose is stuffed, head is HOT. I'm
telling you this because I know you know lots of good natural remedies.
Share with me please. Right now I'm drinking lots of water, my lights are
off, I'm in bed 24/7, even the light from computer hurts my head, so I'm
going back to bed in 5min, I am also drinking tea with lemon and honey,
also some medicated tea, also taking Benylin flu pills. What more can I
do? Tomorrow will be day 4 without food, so I'm hoping to force myself
to at least drink some chicken broth. I'll be sending hubby to the store
for chicken, if you give me some suggestions, maybe he could pick it up
for me. Thank you my friend, I hope you feel better. Do you have same
thing as me?

Mine is just a head cold (hopefully) I just saw a show on Friday about the flu going around and they said Edleberry tea helps kick the virus. Try that also make sure your honey is always local honey as it helps fights allergens in your area. I am also kicking up my Vitamin C as it helps sinus.
