Rolo swallowed earring ball! Help!

I was just putting a bcr in my ear when the ball pinged off and went on the floor. Before I even had the chance to bend down to pick it up Rolo zoomed out of nowhere and ran off with it in his mouth. After 4 laps of the table we caught him, no sign of the ball. I'm assuming he's swallowed it. It is (or was) tiny, 4mm and made of titanium. Do you think it will pass through? I can't even be sure he swallowed it but I can't see it anywhere. It's the same as the one below. What do you think guys?

It should pass through. I would just keep a close eye on him. Since it is a round ball and small I would try not to worry too much, I know that is easier said then done.

It is super scarey when they swallow something they should not have.

It should pass through, looks small enough. Mine eat stuff all the time, we do the mad dash through the house, yard, etc. to try to get it away from them but as soon as they see me coming they chew and swallow!!! uuugghh. Enzo ate a piece of fabric one time in was about 3 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. See him chewing it didn't pay much mind thinking he could not possible get it down, the next day the orange fuzzy evidence made a re appearance covered in poo.

I'm so sorry! Scary. Give your vet a call just to see if they think you should just let it pass. I would want to be certain about the titanium being okay, and the chance of any internal damage or blockage. Hope all is well! xxx

He's so chuffing greedy. That's his only fault. He will steal food right out of your mouth. If you drop anything he straight away assumes its food and appears out of no where. I didn't even have time to bend over! And it cost me 4! Lol
