Bailey is in heat right and her "private" is pretty swollen and much bigger than it use to be. I know it's normal to swell up but will it go back to normal when she finished? Thank you

Yes, it will go back down although it might still be a little bit larger than before she went into heat. It looks like it would be uncomfortable, doesn't it?

Looks awful, I feel bad for her! There's not much blood but shes been licking a lot too. We're going to put undies on her tonight since she sleeps in our bed. I'm sure she'll hate them!!!

Yeah it's normal for them to lick a lot. Are you planning on having her spayed?

Yes I just wanted to wait until she's was older. So probly in the next 3 months.
